This historic development located along the Atlanta BeltLine provides a varied assortment of retail, dining, office and living spaces. Centrally located in the old Forth Ward, Ponce City Market is anchored by the old Sears Roebuck & Co building. Purchased in 1991 by the city, it was turned into a municipal building housing city offices. In 2010, the city sold the property to Jamestown, and they have developed it into the destination attraction it has become today. Jamestown has partnered with Massey to provide the protection of the Massey Plan and App to both the historic structures and the new buildings of the development.
