New Regional Director Carol Moore (featured left) is the owner of CDM & Associates in Atlanta. Carol was previously with our key client companies Stream Realty Partners and Equity Office. Most recently Carol served as the National Director of Training and the Director of Property Management with Stream. She has also been an instructor for the Building Owners and Managers Association and is very proud of the PM 101 (Foundations of Real Estate) and 201 classes that she initiated through BOMA Georgia. Carol has served in numerous capacities for BOMA - Past President of BOMA Georgia, BOMA TOBY Chair and judge at all levels to include International and Education Chair. She graduated from Clemson with a Bachelor of Science in the field of Financial Management.
Carol’s skills and extensive background are a welcome addition to the Massey organization. Carol will be an important part of our organization in defining the needs of the real estate industry and helping guide our program and pricing parameters to ensure they fit the needs of our clients, to support our growth.
Tiffany Parker (featured right) has nearly a decade in public service and emergency management. She’s earned a master’s degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Arizona State University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Emergency Management from Northern Arizona University.
She’s served as a firefighter in Arizona as well as working with FEMA in shelter operations. As the Training and Exercise Coordinator for the City of Dallas Office of Emergency Management, she designed and conducted Dallas’s largest full-scale exercises to date.
Her previous roles as the Emergency Management Coordinator for Baylor Scott and White Health, Dallas Police Department Program's Administrator and current president of the Downtown Security Directors Association puts her in a position to train, plan, and work in a wide variety of public safety arenas, including curtailing human trafficking.
Tiffany’s passion to end human trafficking has led her on a journey to become a certified TCOLE instructor and a certified Private Investigator. Through this she has the experience and ability to educate and certify law enforcement officers, firefighter/EMTs, clinical staff and educators on how to recognize, respond and report human trafficking. With over six years of teaching experience, Tiffany sheds a new light on teaching methods and hands-on learning.
Tiffany currently works as a Regional Director for Massey Emergency Management, utilizing her education and professional experience to assist real estate property managers with disaster management preparations.
