Curtis,
Please accept a very heartfelt THANK YOU for all the effort you put into our recent drill/training session. I have to say it was one of the best ever! It was particularly beneficial because we were able to include valuable training in addition to the evolution. I’ve had a number of members remark how impressed they were with the knowledge that you were able to share with our department. The only complaint I heard was that it was too short, which is really no complaint at all but a compliment to the quality of training provided.
The level of sacrifice that you and your team made on behalf of our members was remarkable. While not everyone at the training realized the amount of effort you guys made to be with us, I was certainly aware of it. Thank you so much for persevering through delayed/cancelled flights, changing airports, little to no sleep, a very quick turn-around, etc., etc. to make this happen.
Again, the training was some of the best we’ve experienced. In fact, I’d love to visit with you about potential ways to carry the momentum and enthusiasm that’s been generated into a multi-day training experience for our entire region.
Thanks again for everything, and I look forward to a continued friendship.
