Massey Enterprises is excited to announce several new team members to further expand our sales, training, and new product development efforts.
Fernando “Freddie” Fernandez joins Massey as Southeast Regional Vice President & Programs Director. Recently retired from Miami Fire Rescue Operations where he served as Deputy Chief of Operations, Freddie’s various responsibilities with Massey will include managing the southeast sales force and designing and conducting various training scenarios and classes. He will also serve as a subject matter expert as Massey continues to develop groundbreaking mobile emergency applications. He is a highly skilled fire service instructor.
Silas Kevil is Massey’s new Atlanta Regional Vice President. A 25–year veteran of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, Silas will focus on southeast sales of Massey products, including our Pre-fire/Disaster Plans and family of mobile applications.
Dan Bunch joins Massey as a content writer and tactics instructor. He will channel his extensive background with the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) to assist in the development of Massey’s new Police Department (PD) app, as well as conduct scenario and drill training relative to various emergency and mass-casualty incidents. Dan’s background includes three decades of service with the LAPD including as officer in charge of LAPD’s elite SWAT team directing tactics and negotiations on hundreds of incidents along with dynamic and high-risk warrants; a police diver for the LAPD dive unit; a K-9 handler; and also in the undercover narcotics and patrol divisions. Dan assisted with the development of MACTAC (Multiple Assault Counter-Terrorism Action Capabilities), used by the LAPD in response to a Mumbai-style terror incident and now being adopted by police departments across the United States.
