Right on the heels of the new Tenant Training Portal, Massey’s top-flight development team finishes a highly impressive new program that was requested of us back in the spring – a Virtual Fire Drill/Evacuation Drill program that can take a building tenant through the motions of conducting an evacuation exercise required by most all city fire codes without exposing them to any risks due to the pandemic. This prevents social distancing protocol issues, yet still allows tenants to see where their exits are located, how to evacuate using exit stairs and where their designated rally point is at – as well as learning about all the life safety features and systems along the way…without leaving their work stations!
