Massey assigned another historic icon – The Burnham Center!

Golub and Co, a long-time friend and supporter of Massey’s work, has approved the implementation of the Massey System (pre-plan and mobile app) for the 1913 architectural gem – Burnham Center at 111 West Washington. Originally known as the Conway Building and later The Chicago Title and Trust Building, this famous Daniel Burnham designed Beaux-Arts style 21 story structure is a Windy City favorite, right up there with the nearby Rookery (Frank Lloyd Wright designed and also a Massey pre-planned building!), two of Chicago’s most beloved treasures.
The Burnham Center is currently home to the Chicago offices of Grubhub. It is recognized by the National Park Service with a listing on the National Register of Historic Places. This was Daniel Burnham’s last design project before his death on June 1, 1912.
